Weight gain and sugar intake

Every time we consume sugar, our bodies try to use it and create energy, however, if we eat too much sugar then a part of it will be left unused and it will consequently turn into fat which will be stored in our body.

We should be aware of the difference between natural sugar and added sugar, since the second one is really dangerous when it enters our intestines. It can immediately affect our blood sugar levels and go to our waist, hips and thighs.
