How Does the Diet Work

The foods on the menu boost the metabolism, supply you with energy, fight off sugar cravings, and burn fat. You need to follow the diet for 3 days. During the diet, your weight may fluctuate unpredictably, but don’t be discouraged. Stay positive and focused on your goal. In only 3 days, you will weigh 10 pounds less. Go back to your regular diet after the three days.

If you want to continue the diet, you can do this, but 4 days after going back to your regular diet. During the diet, you should avoid snacking in between meals.

The Diet Menu

Day 1

Breakfast

Half a grapefruit, a slice of toasted bread with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch

Half a cup of tuna, a slice of toasted bread, a cup of tea or coffee

Dinner

3 oz. of meat, a cup of green beans, half a banana, a small apple, a cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

An egg, a slice of toasted bread, half a banana

Lunch

A cup of cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, 5 crackers

Dinner

2 hot dogs, without buns, a cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

5 crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, an apple

Lunch

Hard boiled egg and a slice of toasted bread

Dinner

A cup of tuna, half a banana, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream

Additional Foods and Spices You Can Consume

  • Broth
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon pepper
  • Mustard
  • Relish
  • Splenda
  • Sugar-free mints and gums

Allowed Drinks

  • Black tea and coffee ( no sugar and milk)
  • Water
  • Sugar-free hot chocolate made with water

Exercising Is Crucial

The duration and type of exercise depends on your current level of activity. If you’re overweight, opt for a walk around your neighborhood. If you’re physically active, you can opt for jogging, brisk walking, swimming, rope jumping, treadmill, etc.

How to Avoid a Yo-Yo Effect

Keep up the good eating habits, stay active, and the weight won’t return. If you go back to eating unhealthy snacks and cookies all day long, the pounds will certainly come back!
