Everyone Who Has Stiff Joints or Sore Muscles Needs to Try This Recipe for a Cayenne Painkilling Cream

The one we’re going to present today is a rarely known homemade cream, but a very potent cure. It is based on the cayenne. Capsaicin, a component of cayenne, is what gives cayenne its spiciness. When applied to the skin, it has the power to desensitize pain and induce a healthy inflammatory response. So, if you experience stiffness in your joints or if you have sore muscles, this cream is all you need for an immediate relief.
In combination with this cream, you should also be physically active, either walk or stretch, so that the body can heal adequately and sooner. The other ingredients in this powerful homemade cream have their own beneficial properties.
Now, let’s look at the recipe in detail:
You will need:
¼ cup of coconut oil
¼ cup of raw cocoa butter
1.4 cup of beeswax, grated
2 tsp of organic cayenne powder
1 tsp of organic turmeric powder
1 tsp of organic ginger powder
10 drops of peppermint essential oil
4 oz. glass jar
Preparation: First, put the coconut oil, cocoa butter, and beeswax in a pyrex glass container and put that in a saucepan filled with 3 inches of water. Then, bring the water to simmer and stir all the time until the ingredients are completely melted. Next, add the cayenne, turmeric, and ginger powder and stir for a minute. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the peppermint essential oil. Transfer the content into a glass jar and leave it to cool down before you close it. Store it in the fridge and you can use it for 6 to 8 weeks. Afterward, prepare a fresh mixture.
Use: Apply it onto the affected area.
